EXCHANGE POLICY

NaTuralMee will accept, for exchange only on items that are in new condition, unworn, or damaged during shipment. You must mail your merchandise to us within 14 days from receipt of purchase. Items cannot be exchanged after 14 days. All damaged Items must be sent back in original packaging.

How to exchange your order:

Fill out the exchange form online at www.naturalmee.com with copy of receipt or order number
Upload picture of damaged item
We will process your order and send you out your new merchandise
